Timesheets

ePayroll timesheets are currently quite simple. They are great to record hours and are really easy to use. They provide the ability to record time started and finished, as well as break times. The timesheet function allows employees and managers to enter comments to be viewed by the payroll administrator. Timesheet policies can also be created based on break times and preferences.

ePayroll will soon be introducing a new advanced timesheet feature. This will allow the timesheets to seamlessly integrate into the payroll, minimising data entry and ensuring accuracy.

Once the timesheet has been completed, the employee will need to submit their hours to be processed day by day or each week. Approval and escalations of the timesheet will be based on the timesheet flow chart. Once processed, if the hours are approved, the timesheet is easily submitted to the payroll.

The timesheet administrator will be able to view an audit trail and provide comments or keep notes on changes to the timesheet.

The ePayroll timesheet will also support multiple cost centres, multiple shifts, multiple breaks and more. It is perfect for shift work and SMBs from any industry.
