The Position

We are looking for a bright, confident and enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team.

If you are self motivated, with great communication skills and highly professional, this may be the job for you!

Job Description:


•Cold calling new clients from an existing database;

•Forming ongoing business relationships with decision makers in Australian SMBs;

•Making appointments for our sales team; and

•Inviting prospects to company events.

•Updating CRM communications.

•Growing our database.

•Lead Generation.

•Booking in telephone call backs and reminders on CRM

•Sending out e-mail brochures to clients.

To be successful in your application you will need to:


• have telemarketing experience

• have worked in a small to medium call centre

• be accustomed to or comfortable with call scripts & cold calls

• have immaculate English communication skills and very well spoken

• be comfortable and confident talking to people over the phone

• be able to communicate clearly and accurately every time

• be self-motivated with a drive to achieve results

• have positive attitude and a high tolerance for cold calling

• have objection handling experience

• have a marketing background (desirable but not a must)

• have basic knowledge in IT (desirable but not a must)

• have basic knowledge in payroll (desirable but not a must)

• have a positive, can-do attitude


Details:


• Located in North Parramatta 

• Part-time role 

• 12 hours per week (2-3 days) 

• Flexible hours (must fall between 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday) 

• $20-$25 per hour based on experience
